Principal Duties/Responsibilities: + Develops long-term strategic plans and oversees their implementation to ensure optimal resource utilization towards achieving the business's strategy, growth, and profit objectives. + Identifies new field services solutions that diversify existing business and customer base, supporting long-term growth and the overall corporate strategy. + Partners with the Strategy office to ensure long-term initiatives of the eFactory Services organization are aligned with all of ATS' growth, resource leverage, and efficiency related strategic initiatives. + Works with marketing to continually refine product and service offerings to increase overall market share. + Designs short and long-term personnel plans to accommodate ongoing change and growth targets. + Ensures quality of delivery and organizational stability through the development and implementation of systems, standards and regular evaluation. + Directs the implementation of new service initiatives, including strategic resource allocation, applying customer service principles, organizing structure, leadership, integration, and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practices. + Participates in formulating and administering best practices. + Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to evaluate productivity. + Optimizes customer loyalty through improved operations and maintaining a high customer focus. + Participates in customer meetings to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and value demonstration. + Oversees customer escalations efficiently and monitors resolutions. + Nurtures positive relationships with key customer stakeholders. + Participates in short and long-term budgetary planning with the team, manages the budget, and upholds financial discipline. + Develops, motivates, and retains current and future business leaders. + Drives a culture of safety and works towards achieving safety objectives. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies: Essential KSAs: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 15 years of experience leading a large and complex field services organization or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Excellent leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Strong customer focus with the ability to develop and sustain positive business relationships. + Experience with proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration. + Advanced knowledge of business and management principles, including economic principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation. + Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape of Technical Field services. Desirable KSAs: + Masters Degree + International Operations Experience Competencies: + Building Business Alliances + Strategic Planning & Execution + Innovation + Leading Vision & Change Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
