SALARY: $61,200-$72,675, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY :

If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement-oriented, fast-paced role in a world-class wholesaler environment then our Operations Supervisor role is for you. In this role, you will develop, monitor, and maintain operational procedures to ensure excellent process performance and quality while supervising and empowering delivery and merchandising employees. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationships and influencing skills as well as technical skills while learning the ins and outs of wholesaler operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the safety, performance, and engagement of the Delivery & Merchandising personnel

• Supervise product placement and service level in the trade with customers/retailers

• Verify and validate manpower based on sales volume, training, and address skill gaps accordingly

• Maintain product quality and integrity in transporting, delivering, stocking and rotating in accounts/retailers

• Support daily/weekly/monthly critical metrics and targets with on time and accurate reporting

• Lead Driver & Merchandiser ownership for their daily tasks through DPO/SPO tools and resources

• Supervise and assign work to maintain accurate maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager including special projects, special events, and weekend work

• Operate as a role model in full compliance to A-B INBEV and AED's stated focus, values, vision statement, mission statement, building A-B INBEV brand loyalty at all retail levels

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• CDL required

• AS/BS degree preferred. Engineering, Science, or Management degree, preferred

• Delivery/Distribution management experience, preferred

• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and root cause analysis skills

• Ability to influence, mentor, and facilitate

• Project management skills, preferred
