Position Overview: Responsible for supervising the personal care, companion and skilled
nursing services provided by company's direct care staff; coordinating clinical services, and
ensuring quality of care of clients in assigned area. Duties include performing in-the-home
assessments to determine support and clinical needs, conducting regularly scheduled
supervisory visits of clients, documenting visits, and orientation and training of caregivers as
needed. Performance of skilled tasks may be required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and make accurate observations
in the workplace
