    The largest commercial landscape development company in the U.S. is seeking a dynamic, organized, leadership focused professional. We are hiring a Regional Business Administration Manager to join our team. This role will include responsibility for business administration at BrightView Branches in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas. This position will be full-time, in-office at one of the branches in the foregoing cities and is not a remote position unless governmental guidelines require otherwise due to COVID.

    Here's what you'd do:

    The Regional Business Administration Manager leads and manages the key business operations of the region, including, AP and AR processing, payroll, contracts, general administration, and coordination with Branch leadership teams in each Branch and BrightView corporate personnel. In addition, this role will require engagement with BrightView's customers, vendors, and partners. This role will report to the Director of Business Administration who is responsible for all key administrative functions across the division.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Managing, coaching, and training the administrative specialists at each Branch in the region

    • Creating, analyzing, and interpreting performance metrics for Branch and Region success, including AP, AR, contracts, and payroll processing functions

    • Driving operations to achieve targeted performance metrics of all administrative functions

    • Proactively developing relationships with key internal and external client contacts, gaining recognition as the go-to team resource

    • Maintaining compliance standards in accordance with BrightView policies and procedures for operational functions, including, as applicable, Sarbanes-Oxley best practices

    • Participating in financial and functional audits of Branch and Regional performance metrics

    • Providing regional administrative support to Branch Managers and Central Finance as needed

    • Work directly with the Regional Business Developer organizing and processing contract administration with all new contracts through CRM Dynamics

    • Backstop for Regional Administration Specialists as needed with all general administration and branch accounting functions

    • Coordinating and planning for regional meetings and events

    • Traveling to each Branch in the Region as needed for direct support of employees and branch personnel

    You might be a good fit if you have:

    • Minimum of 5-8 years of general office administration, construction accounting and finance experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing a team

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level leaders in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong understanding and experience handling public company accounts receivable and accounts payable is required

    • Minimum of 3 years payroll experience, construction labor compliance associated with prevailing wages

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter who works individually and in a collaborative team environment

    • Ability to collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data, and coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others

    • Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a constantly changing environment

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Fluency with JD Edwards and CMiC (or comparable enterprise level accounting and project management software)

    • Advanced proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

    • Professionalism with processing confidential information and understanding privacy laws and company policy governing employee information
