Project Manager - Construction

We are looking for our next Project Manager to join the team at NNAC, Inc. (National Native American Constructions, Inc.

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manger will work as a part of a team delivering project management for small to medium sized projects for a government client.
• The PM has the responsibility for the leadership of the project and ensuring that the project team delivers. This includes the Superintendent and Project Business Administrators and other assigned team members. You will monitor the team's progress to ensure that the project is being built to contract.
• If you love providing project over site, ensuring quality control of the work, and enforce safety standards in construction, we would like to speak to you.

Qualifications for a Project Manager at NNAC include

• Bachelor's Degree, or higher - OR - 10+ years experience in the construction field and 5+ experience in construction management and estimating.
• RS Means estimating experience a plus.
• Prior Federal construction experience a plus.
