    • 5+ years of design experience in a design studio or as a product designer.

    • A digital design portfolio showcasing the breadth of your experience and demonstrates skills which you can also speak to in real-time.

    • You are a critical thinker who is curious, creative, and inventive in addition to being a phenomenal collaborator who encourages their teammates.

    • You can apply principles of visual design (hierarchy, balance, contrast) to new interfaces. You are passionate about making every detail count, but you can see the bigger picture at the same time.

    • You communicate clearly while also being a compelling storyteller; you can navigate varying interests and requests with nuance, grace and compassion. You are confident navigating loose structure and ambiguity.

    • You've achieved mastery with the design tools you need to get your ideas across, whether its Sketch, Illustrator, or otherwise.


    In this role, you will design for delight - crafting clear, high-impact experiences that are engaging and intuitive. From information architectures, to navigation models, and interfaces that shape the very way people perceive and understand our products, you'll advocate for the human experience as you craft innovative, new interactions. Leading with emotional intelligence, you will map out user flows, use cases, and systems that make even our newest products immediately recognizable, inclusive, and fun! You'll take complex and sometimes ambiguous problem spaces and simplify them into clear stories and workable proposals. You'll dial into the details while also seeing the broader picture - safeguarding a seamless experience from end to end. You'll collaborate with your teammates to push concepts further, and your unique voice will make the final output stronger. You'll convey all the thought and decisions that went into your work to a broad audience as you diplomatically navigate it through various review cycles, building consensus along the way. You'll work alongside engineers and QA to shepherd a great final product to our customers hands.

    Education & Experience

    Degree in Human Interaction, Sociology, Psychology, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent.
