Employment Attorney

Description We are a boutique employment law firm located in downtown San Jose currently seeking a mid-level litigation attorney with at least five (5) years of experience in litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, handling mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a close-knit team; the stamina to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced, high-tech environment; and excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral, and writing skills. Employment litigation in both state and federal courts is strongly desired, but we will consider candidates with prior civil litigation experience, dedication, and passion.

We specialize in representing plaintiffs in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and disability accommodation actions. We produce high quality, high quantity work while maintaining a collegial, ethical, and professional work environment.
