    Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the Facebook company, Facebook app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Our vision is fearless creativity that redefines social. While we lead our team to create innovative films, content, and experiences across our own channels, we also guide our lead agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. This ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe due to the scale of our ~~~ are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee Program Management for the Creative X team across Facebook and all of Facebook's products. This is a large, global team working on many of the company's largest priorities. This leader will be responsible for establishing a vision for the team, helping to scale our partnerships with marketing and product, and influencing cross-functionally with a creative business vantage. They will also plan and lead team architecture, oversight of successful campaigns and provide thought leadership in establishing, implementing, and improving creative process across Creative X and Facebook. Our ideal candidate will have experience partnering with product teams, managing multiple large accounts in a global agency or creative and marketing operations experience in-house with a global brand. Our ideal candidate will also be a builder who can frame ambiguous problems and projects into outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

    Required Skills:

    1. Lead with vision in working with Program Management team, Creative X leadership, Marketing leadership, and Product leadership across multiple marketing verticals

    2. Guide Program Managers in building and optimizing systems, tools, and standards to improve in-product marketing creative quality and effectiveness

    3. Develop and coach to ensure the team is sharing creative work in an insightful way with the right stakeholders

    4. Influence marketing plans and product roadmaps, with a lens on how we might leverage our product surfaces for our family of brands

    5. Proactively identify important problems for in-product channel marketing plans, and identify strategic and creative solutions with a broad perspective

    6. Effectively lobby and win support for major in-product marketing experiences and creative innovation across our platforms

    7. Develop a vision for scaling the Creative X team to effectively support marketing and product partners

    8. Create strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across the product and marketing organizations, with an ability to garner alignment

    9. Plan and understand resource requests, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams

    10. Help prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resources

    11. Operationalize complex initiatives quickly, simply and clearly

    12. Manage creative projects (with focus on in product experiences) to ensure successful delivery of various brand and product launches

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. BA/BS degree

    2. 15+ years experience working in a digital product marketing company, production studio, creative agency, tech company and/or design consultancy

    3. Marketing account management/program management and operations experience with oversight of multiple businesses and/or accounts

    4. Cross-functional collaboration experience at a senior level with design, media, research/planning, analytics disciplines, and product teams

    5. Experience in the technology sector with examples of contributions at both strategic and operational levels

    6. Experience driving changes in operational processes

    7. Experience driving projects and collaborating in large, matrixed organizations

    8. Experience establishing priorities, strategic problem-solving and multitasking

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Global experience in managing creative campaigns

    2. Experience working within a product team

    3. Experience in working on or leading product channel or feature development that includes video, illustration, and animation
