We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Director to lead our best-in-class Contact Center portfolio of products. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing, with close collaboration with our product leadership. The Product Marketing Director is responsible for the development and launch of a growing portfolio of Contact Center apps that enable companies to automate across every department in any industry. As a hands-on leader, you will manage a product marketer and lead a cross-functional team to craft messaging, positioning, launch strategies, and partner closely with stakeholders on product roadmap, GTM plans, content development, and sales enablement.
Location: Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Developing product marketing strategy for the Contact Center portfolio, including the development and execution of product launches.
Communicating effectively to share the product vision, technical details, positioning, and messaging to stakeholders across all departments and org layers, including C-level stakeholders.
Telling our product story through polished presentations and demonstrations to industry analysts, customers, prospects & internal audiences
Managing and developing a product marketer with growth along with the business
Serving as a trusted expert on the Automation Anywhere Contact Center portfolio
Partnering cross-functionally with go-to-market, core product marketing, customer advocacy, analyst relations, and content marketing
You will be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
10+ years product marketing experience in high-tech or similar industry with extensive experience launching products
Experience at a fast-growing software company or enterprise company managing multiple projects and key deadlines
Can demonstrate the ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships with other teams including but not limited to product management, sales, partners, demand-gen, and customer success

Exhibit strong presentation skills, particularly with executive audiences - both internally and externally
Can generate strategies driven by creativity and analytics, while gaining alignment with executive stakeholders
