    Corporate Functions

    • At least 4 years of experience with international corporate legal matters

    • Experience with subsidiary corporate maintenance across a range of international jurisdictions

    • Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: subsidiary formation, capital contributions, inter-company lending, dividends and other distributions, post-acquisition integration, powers of attorney, and liquidations

    • Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects under time pressure

    • Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications

    • Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical solutions

    • Strong collaboration skills to successfully work across business functions and geographies


    • You will assist with Latin America, European, Canada and U.S. subsidiary legal management and maintenance, including coordinating subsidiary board and shareholder meetings along with our team of paralegals - Will assist with business expansion and acquisition initiatives - Partner with various business and legal teams including global finance, treasury, international tax, M&A, and product and commercial law to implement a broad variety of international corporate subsidiary projects

    Education & Experience

    JD or equivalent, excellent academic credentials, and admission to at least one US state bar.
