  • Job Description

    You will provide effective hands-on management and leadership to Sr. Management teams onboard the ships, ensuring that all areas of Hotel Operations incl. restaurants, bars, galley, housekeeping, guest services, enrichment & entertainment and onboard administration are always operating to the highest quality standard and in-line with budgets.

    Confirm consistent service throughout, while constantly identifying ways to improve service standards and training methods.

    Maintain, develop, and audit all Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Operations Manuals for the fleet in collaboration with the ships management and leadership teams, as well as operating teams across its global fleet.

    Support shipboard management in overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and facilities, taking responsibility for any damages, and ensuring replacements/repairs are conducted as needed.

    Co-ordinate and work closely with the onboard teams regarding guest services and activities and to identify and develop value added products and services to enhance the guest experience.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ Experience in Hospitality specifically Hotels, Amusement Parks, Cruise lines, or any travel / Tourism companies

    • Experience on managing/ enhancing guest experience for all aspects of activities, to services.

    • Hands on background managing employees, scheduling food shipments, and overseeing maintenance of all equipment in facility. - Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

    • Bachelors Degree null
