    The TC Sales Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for driving sales and support of Transcutaneous (TC) monitoring systems to Neonatal/Pediatric Intensive Care Units, Sleep Clinics, Hyperbaric Medicine & Wound Care, Adult Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, Pulmonary Care and Surgical arenas responsible for Respiratory Care and Therapy. The market arena is acute care hospitals and satellite clinics.

    This position is part of the Transcutaneous Sales Team located in the Southeast US and will be a field based remote covering from Washington DC and Mississippi down through Florida. This territory also covers Tennesse, North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

    You will be a part of the Field Sales Team and report to the Senior Manager, TC Sales who is responsible for Transcutaneous product sales. If you thrive in a competitive sales role and want to work to build a world-class medical device organization-read on.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly and annual capital units and revenue sales goals as measured by actual territory sales achievement vs. company assigned territory goals and quotas.

    • Actively seeks new business opportunities in hospitals and clinics in their designated territories by qualifying prospective accounts or departments in existing accounts and performing assessments of sales potential

    • Executes full cycle sales activities by demonstrating TC systems, installing systems for evaluation at prospective accounts, training customers related to proper equipment use and maintenance, coordinating clinical workshops and in service sessions, and providing ongoing service of accounts.

    • Build a pipeline (sales funnel) based on qualified leads, referrals, telephone canvassing, emailing, networking and face to face cold calling in hospitals, NICU, PICU, Sleep lab and other departments.

    • Updates and maintains the Customer Relationship Database (CRM) related to key contact information, sales call activities, and results and sales funnel development.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • 3+ years in related medical device or diagnostic sales/ service experience preferred

    • Bachelor's degree required, science major preferred (i.e Biology, Chemistry, Nursing)

    • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), iOS/OS skills, and internet skills; database and CRM experience. Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, written and verbal skills. You will be provided a company phone.

    • Able to lift or maneuver 40 lbs

    • 70% travel

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Clinical experience in Respiratory Care, Hyperbaric/Wound Care Medicine, Cardiology or Nursing preferred but not required

    • Prior experience with primary call points a plus

    This role is posted in multiple cities as it can be based remotely within the territory preferably in Atlanta, Jacksonville or Charlotte.

    The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $97,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
