TALENT ACQUISITITON SPECIALIST

Requirements / Job Profile:

-Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, required.

• Experience:

• At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience handling all related processes.

• Qualifications and General Skills:

• Sense of urgency and an understanding of customer needs

• Success-oriented

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition responsibilities.

• Analytical skills.

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition processes and procedures.

- Technical Skills:

• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage human resources core systems.

- Communication Skills:

• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish), preferred.

• Must be able to communicate effectively , both verbally and in writing.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay Details: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
