    The primary function of this role is to be responsible for understanding the business and how to apply systems/programs that ensures the organization operates with a zero-loss mindset by delivering productivity and savings goals. Leads the Fulfillment center technical team, responsible to deliver business results including Safety, Quality, Stewardship and KPIs. Demonstrates clear communication with both internal and external teams, people management skills, ability to coach and develop others, values equality & inclusion, and is self-driven. Organization, time management, multi-tasking, critical thinking, and troubleshooting are critical skills in this role.

    • Analyze data for operations team in fulfillment center

    • Design, test and develop the software to meet the operations team needs

    • Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs

    • Create various diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate type of work needed from different teams like operations/IT/Technical service team/warehouse technicians

    • Ensure continued functionality of system/program during maintenance and testing of software

    • Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance

    • Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address operation team concerns

    • Uses data and trend analysis to make decisions and improve processes

    • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing the digital team, assigning duties and coordinating workloads in order to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).

    • Develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by monitoring performance and providing feedback; teaching, supporting and modeling End to End flow.

    • Drives company policies and procedures; identifying training and development needs; and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

    Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives

    Job Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's or Master's in business operations, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a similar degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics or like experience.

    • Experience in using Python / SQL or other programing language

    • 0-3 years of relevant experience leading an operations team.

    • Ability to travel up to 15%

    • Using analysis and critical thinking skills to determine and assess the needs of the operations team/business needs and then create & maintain software to meet the requirements.

    • Providing clear instructions to the project team, clearly explaining how the software works to the different teams and being available to answer any questions that may arise using exceptional communication skills.

    • Being able to efficiently identify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills.

    Starting Salary Range: $85-$115K + bonus (if applicable) + benefits
