  • Description

    Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent along with the following qualifications:

    • A proven track record of completing a minimum of several ground up, turnkey, large commercial projects.

    • Possess the ability to direct & coordinate work on projects with subcontractors, building inspectors, and employees.

    • Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and schedule.

    • Auto dealership experience is a plus.

    • Strong leadership, communications, and being computer literate is a must.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish

    • Review and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and construction documents

    • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

    • Conduct regular site walks to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

    • Strong knowledge of commercial construction principles, practices, and techniques

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
