Staff Accountant Duties will vary by project

Month/quarter/year-end close

General ledger and bank reconciliations

Journal entries

Project billing

Full cycle AP and AR

Financial statement preparation.

Other projects as assigned

Requirements

We are looking for the below for our Full Time Candidates

Minimum 3 years of recent accounting experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

ERP Software Systems such as Netsuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, QuickBooks

Advanced Excel a must - Vlookups, Pivot tables
