    ABOUT THE ROLE

    A Sr. Project Management Specialist at Honeywell plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance within the Aerospace industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop financial models, and provide analytics and insights that support the development and execution of business strategies. You will report directly to the Vice Presidents of Boeing/Bombardier/Embraer Customer Business Teams, and you'll work out of our Sky Harbor location in Phoenix, Arizona, on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the Aerospace industry by leveraging data and analytics to drive operational efficiency, optimize supply chain processes, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be instrumental in driving business success and ensuring Honeywell remains at the forefront of innovation in the Aerospace sector.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure Accurate end to end Demand-To-Supply Alignment

    • Drive Unencumbered Order Support

    • Improve Existing Production Repair Order Process

    • Support Customer Damage Claims and Associated Cost Recovery Activities

    • Develop Improved Management Operating System For 3rd Party Pricing Agreements

    • Coordinate Open Quotes Requiring Internal or Customer Approval

    • Develop year over year pricing analyses per the various customer contracts to coordinate with the customer, obtain revised POs, and implementation of the revisions.

    • Analyze customer aircraft rates for required demand-to-supply changes

    • Develop critical customer communications

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    MUST HAVE

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Finance, Business or related fields

    WE VALUE

    • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and SharePoint.

    • Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).

    • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation

    • Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
