This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Note: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules.

• Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations.

• Organizing and maintaining system components.

• Maintaining documentation of completed installations.

• Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms.

• Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions.

• Materials staging.

• General job site clean up and organization.

• Safety - All things Safety.

 Qualifications:

• Be at least 18+ years of age.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prior experience in the solar field preferred.

• Position may require a drug screen
