  • We have an outstanding career opportunity for aSite Supervisorto join a leading Company located in theElkridge, MDsurrounding area.

    Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for mastering the details of each contract to proactively manage any issue with the customer and/or the installation team ( subcontractors ) to ensure compliance, the proper execution of potential extras, and invoicing follow-up

    • Responsible for being the main contact for all communications with customers and installation subcontractors throughout the execution of a contract

    • Responsible for documenting the daily progress of the installation on site, obtaining the proper authorizations for potential extras, and getting approval of timesheets for hourly contracts

    • This is to optimize the flow of the projects on site, to improve cost management and contingencies with the subcontractors

    • Responsible for the on-site management and supervision of the installation team and subcontractors

    • Responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly on site and finding solutions to resolve any issues that may arise with equipment/customers/subcontractors/installation team

    • Responsible for providing quality communications to maintain the satisfaction of all parties involved (Customers, subcontractors and partners)

    • Responsible for on-site inspections and commissioning up to certification or attestation with local authorities

    • Responsible for maintaining proactive communications with the customers, subcontractors, and/or installers

    • Responsible for controlling costs of installation processes and subcontracting to maintain the profitability of the installation contracts

    • Responsible for participating in, coordinating, and managing all items(equipment rental/cranes/trolleys/etc) of contracts related to installation and the smooth running of contracts on-site

    • Responsible for providing customer support and on-site training when required

    • Responsible for providing real-time accurate feedback to the Installation manager about the progress of the installation on site by communicating relevant information about the work being done for documentation of meeting reports and contract follow-ups

    • Responsible for participating in the post-mortem of projects with the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes

    • Responsible for taking relevant readings on-site and making progress reports

    • Responsible for acquiring all the necessary knowledge about the various products to better support customers with their projects

    • Responsible for organizing and coordinating trips (Local and abroad) by optimizing costs and travel schedule

    • Potentially required to perform warranty services (1st year)

    • Responsible for participating (when possible) in equipment testing before delivery

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
