Our team is looking for a Technician that will sit on the Service Desk. This person would be first call center resolution providing troubleshooting. This person will be supporting a user base of 600 to 700 users.
-Windows 10 Troubleshooting
-Outlook
-Active Directory (creating accounts)
-Working with the Service Now ticketing system
imaging, mac, Windows 7, Windows 10, Service Desk, Active Directory, Outlook
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service, Mac experience plus
Entry Level
