As an important team member in the Department of Medicine, you will be responsible for all pre- and post-award administration for intra/extramurally funded research awards. This will involve working on complex proposals such as grants/contracts that require task budgets, option years, multiple investigators, and multiple sub-awards. You will:

• Analyze and develop solutions for diverse problems/issues

• Organize, plan, establish, and monitor fiscal budget control of contracts and grants administration, gifts, endowments, and privately funded projects

• Provide guidance and counsel on complex research administration matters, including compliance regulation

Salary: $64,800.00 - $137,600.00Qualifications

We're seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with:

• Three to five years of research administration experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritizing skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Computer proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of effective grant funding processes, procedures, and techniques

• Ability to perform complex financial analysis and customized reporting
