    Your New Role

    WBD is in the process of migrating all existing business unit financial systems into a single SAP S4 ERP system. A key goal of this program is to create a content-centric ERP. This role manages implementation of an integrated by-title planning solution for content FP&A and business teams within that ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of content FP&A experience and systems implementation experience. The role requires a proven track record in project management and stakeholder communication, working closely with internal program leadership, external consultants, and key business stakeholders.

    Your Role Accountabilities

    • Participate in all SAC-P design sessions, readouts, and workshops to provide insight on all current content planning processes for all legacy business units, how to harmonize and align around standard processes go-forward, and represent business users' perspective in all aspects of the solution's design.

    • Monitor progress of all SAC-P solution RICEFW objects, ensuring all process specific requirements are met, solution meets expectations of user community, and all integration points with core S4 ERP and other business systems (primarily MSC's "Foundry" platforms) are effectively managed.

    • Coordinate with organizational change management to create training materials, as well as ensure communications are development and issued to stakeholders, including key release timelines, impacts, testing, training and readiness

    • Develop release-specific work plan, working closely with program leadership and parallel initiative owners in finalizing scope, timeline and overall management of release deployment.

    • Manage Release specific RAID items (risks, actions, issues, decisions) for content planning solution, including escalation responsibility, removing impediments to progress and working with project leadership.

    • Develop planning solution testing cycles, entrance and exit criteria, for each test cycle in collaboration with program management office and process leads

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Strong background in content financial reporting and financial systems

    • Previous project implementation / management experience

    • Experience creating databases / data sets for financial reporting and visualization tools

    • Accounting or Finance

    • Project Management

    • General understanding of media business model and content-specific metrics

    • Deep understanding of IT methodologies, best practices, and development processes

    • Ability to break down reporting outputs into source data elements and hierarchies

    • Ability to navigate across finance, business and technical organization(s)

    • Strategic Thinker

    • Capable of driving work, outcomes and decisions for a workstream

    • Must be able to travel up to 25% of time

    In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $113,750.00 - $211,250.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
