We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead a large-scale web and app interaction analytics program. This role requires expertise in managing projects related to web and app tagging, cookie management, and analytics. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, utilizing technologies such as Adobe Analytics and OneTrust, and will be integral in implementing SAFe methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that meets high-quality standards and business expectations.

• Assemble project plans, assign tasks, monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.

• Track key project milestones, adjust plans/resources accordingly, and coordinate communication across all relevant areas of the enterprise.

• Manage one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity, including medium to large-sized projects.

• Oversee project financials, budgets, forecasts, variances, and invoices.

• Assess project status, proactively manage changes in scope/priorities, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Project Management certification or equivalent.

• 7 to 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years managing projects.

• Advanced ability to oversee large, complex projects, manage budgets, and implement project plans.

• Extensive experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and software package implementation projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, innovate, multitask, and take personal ownership of deliverables.

• Technical background to understand complex business requirements and benefits of projects.

• Ability to perform the role of Scrum Master.

Preferred

• Background in relevant industries, familiarity with product data taxonomy and web/app tagging analytics.

• Experience delivering consumer-facing websites, digital platforms, or services with complex data transactions/integrations.

• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools for project management.

• Knowledge of customer data.
