Job Summary:

Hulu's Content Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an outstanding addition to our Finance team. The right person for this role is highly analytical, stresses about the details and likes to build and improve processes. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Model the near and long-term P&L and cash flow for licensed content

• Responsible for maintaining the financial data and conducting scenario analyses used in making strategic content decisions

• Participate in, own and prepare insightful analyses and presentations appropriate for executive audiences

• Build and improve processes & tools to improve information flow, data tracking and monitor key performance indicators

• Review and project rights and costs associated with content license agreements

• Develop insightful presentations that illustrate the financial story in a concise and impactful manner

• Conduct re-forecasting and variance analysis on a regular cadence

• Stay on top of industry trends and our content partners

• Participate in various ad hoc projects

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

• Execute the collection and standardization of International Local Content Slate reporting for Disney DTC

• Consolidate International Local Content and Localization expense and cash flow forecasts for all short-term and long-term planning cycles

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training

• You have 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis / corporate finance / budgeting and forecasting

• Mastery of Microsoft business suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field

• Exceptional ability to effectively communicate with both financial wizards and creative geniuses

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently, often with little supervision

• Ability to manage and process detailed information while keeping perspective on the bigger picture

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work extended hours during critical periods

• Enthusiastic and energetic

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Prior experience in TV/film production is a huge plus

• Passionate consumer of content on Hulu

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica is $101,790.00 to $124,410.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
