Senior Civil Engineer

Position Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished and driven Senior Civil Engineer/Executive Leader with 15+ years of global experience in leadership, training, engineering, facilities, and installation operational support services. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in establishing strategic vision, building coalitions, and producing results within the federal defense environment, coupled with the ability to adapt and succeed in diverse environments. This is a Full Time remote position, with travel to support out-of-DoD, federal civilian, and commercial customers as required.

In this role you will:

• Provide multi-disciplinary support to government offices

• Serve as an advisor to senior government personnel, and potentially commercial entities

• Lead working groups and develop engineering solutions to a multitude of program issues

• Support multiple projects for a variety government offices

• Work with senior government personnel on a regular basis, and will frequently provide briefings and lead large meetings

• This is a full-time, remote position with travel to support out-of-DoD, Federal Civilian, and commercial customers as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Mechancial Engineering or Civil Engineering

• Master's degree

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• 15+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles focused on long term planning and integration and execution of complex programs related to military installations and infrastructure and the sustainment thereof, including strategic planning of large-scale civil engineering programs

• Ability to travel up to 20%
