Our Los Angeles branch is looking for a new Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, Export to join our Sea Logistics team.

    Your Role

    Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager you will support customers, external & internal, by providing helpful information, solutions, answering questions and responding timely and effectively, to the Customer's requests & concerns. They are the Customer advocate towards the US Operational Care Center and overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that Customers are satisfied with the Products & Services provided and their Customer Promise is fulfilled.

    Your Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for ensuring customersatisfaction.

    • Qualification and entry of Customer orders into Operational process

    • ComplaintManagement

    • You will support customer development & maintenance.

    • You will collaborate with Branch & Area management as well as Sea Logistics operations foran enhanced customerexperience.

    • ProfitMaximization - avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal servicefailure.

    • FinancialExcellence & Development

    • QuotationManagement: Qualification of Customer inquiries, provide quotations andupdates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the givenprice band and in-line with the national leeway in decision-making (front-lineEmpowerment)

    • Familiarizationwith KN Products & systems, i.e. Customer myKN, KN Login/ESP, CoreLOG

    • Customeronboarding: Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into KN systems(Business & Customer profile)

    Your Skills and Experiences

    • High School Degree / Diploma

    • 2 years' Sea Logistics experience

    • 2 years' Customer Service experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
