Electrical company located in Hauppauge, NY looking to hire an experienced RF Test Technician!

This person would be performing semi-complex laboratory tasks which include construction and testing of breadboard and experimental electronic devices from schematics in connection with one or more phases of a project under general supervision. Contact Chris Caiozzo at ~~~ or ~~~

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Reads module design drawings, schematics and other documentations from design engineer.

? Use Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, power meter for testing of amplifier,

switches, digital attenuator and phase shifter. The parameter such as P1dB, P2dB Psat, Noise

Figure, Phase noise etc.

? Performs complex tests of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies to determine if the assemblies

meet specifications.

Performs tests and troubleshoots assemblies by setting up and using standard laboratory equipment.

? Maintains accurate records of all work performed.

? Trains Entry level Technician on Test/Procedures of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies.

? Should be computer literate.

? May participate in field tests and other travel duties.
