    Job Description

    As a Project Manager at NuAxis, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of projects throughout our organization. Leveraging your PMP certification and extensive project management background, you will uphold our commitment to delivering projects punctually, within budget, and meeting rigorous quality benchmarks. Beyond individual project oversight, you will strategically manage and enhance our project portfolio to drive efficiency and align with overarching organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful closure of projects within the organization, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic objectives.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, meticulously tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.

    • Identify potential project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them effectively and ensure project success.

    • Foster transparent communication and robust collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.

    • Manage resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects, skillfully balancing competing priorities and constraints to maximize efficiency.

    • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement industry best practices.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, offering guidance and support to project teams as required.

    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine and develop project management processes, standards, and governance frameworks.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's project portfolio, including dependencies, interrelationships, and strategic implications.

    • Prepare and deliver insightful reports and updates on project status, performance, and portfolio health to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant field.

    • PMP certification is mandatory.

    • Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing diverse and complex projects and portfolios.

    • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a knack for motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

    • Profound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, coupled with proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software.

    • Analytical acumen with robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities concurrently.

    • Experience in overseeing complex mission systems and support projects would be advantageous.
