Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in commercial retrofit air conditioning systems and HVAC. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, leading all aspects of project administration, financially managing all project aspects, validating project scope, cost and schedule, and managing subcontractor execution. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects ranging from $600k to $8000k, including both smaller and larger multi-building or complex construction projects.

Hard Skills

• Experience with commercial retrofit air conditioning systems and HVAC

• Experience with lighting installations and disposals

• Knowledge on current job market and pricing strategies

• Ability to support sales functions with developing scope

• Experience in project financials, administration, implementation, and management

Soft Skills

• Ability to maintain customer satisfaction

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lead a project team

• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Miramar, Florida and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role is based in our company headquarters in Miramar. Standard schedule is 7-5 but weekend work is very possible. Project Managers must stay flexible 24/7.
