  • Job Description

    • Prepare Engineering Estimates and Development Plans

    • Lead engineering project teams in respect to budget, schedule and ensure quality deliveries

    • Execute the engineering development plan, which includes identifying and anticipating problems that could hinder or adversely limit the project's objectives

    • Work with other departments such as Program Management, Certification, Safety & Reliability, Quality and Manufacturing

    • Maintain the engineering work standards and processes

    • Evaluation of technical risk, mitigation and contingency

    • Produce and present progress reports for management review

    • Maintain technical expertise

    • Support continuous product improvements and innovation

    • Be responsible for the organization, coordination, and control of all stages of assigned projects.

    • The Project engineer plays a pivotal role in project development by being the main interface between the Engineering team and other groups. Projects involve hardware and software development of certified, non-certified and military aircraft systems.
