    Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Project Coordinator with a Public Trust clearance to support ATS and our government customer. This is a Remote opportunity.

    The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and Government Leads in the daily efforts and initiative of the team.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Prepare software documentation formats/templates, project management and analytical reports, financial management and reports, tracking software/hardware, administrative activities.

    • Prepare presentation materials and support the team with or perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual.

    • Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.

    • Manage and coordinate documentation of all aspects of the system development life cycle.

    • Writing and/or editing technical material as needed.

    • Work in coordination with the PM and the Government while maintaining program budgets, schedules, quality standards, ensuring risk mitigation.

    • Provide support to and backup coverage for the PM when unavailable. Work closely with the Government leads, internal and external stakeholders, and contract team.

    • Be available during business hours 8am - 5pm Eastern Time as needed, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government is closed for administrative reasons. Must be able to respond to the Government as requested in a quick and timely fashion.

    Experience/Qualifications:

    • Possess excellent writing skills and uses a variety of tools and techniques to organize and present information.

    • Understand all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and be able to support change management processes for all software initiatives.

    • Shall be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

    • Experience with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Atlassian Jira & Confluence, and similar project management tools are required.

    • Experience in hardware and asset/inventory management.

    • Specialized experience in Agile software development methodologies preferred.

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of product delivery for Federal Government agencies as well as Program Management skills are preferred.

    • Experience with Federal compensation claims processing systems is a plus.

    • PMP certification preferred.

    • Kanban, Scrum, or SAFe certifications preferred.

    • Public Trust clearance required.

    Working Environment & Conditions

    This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

    The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
