    PeaceHealth is seeking a Program Manager Human Experience for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position.

    Job Summary

    Position serves a critical role in supporting PeaceHealth's commitment to ensuring an exceptional place to provide and receive, compassionate, patient-centered care. Improves organizational capability and effectiveness by advancing the Human Experience Strategy. Human Experience incorporates, but is not limited to, Caregiver Engagement, Provider Engagement, Patient Experienced and Talent Education and Investment. Human Experience (HX).Position will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and driving Human Experience initiatives, projects, and investments under direction of the System Vice President, Human Experience. This position will engage with senior leadership both independently and under HX Vice President direction, as well as colleagues and stakeholders to inform evaluation, assessment, planning, and execution of specific projects. Program Manager practice solutions and process improvements will also be informed through evaluating both industry trends and PeaceHealth performance to goals. This position will work closely with other members of the Human Experience team, as well as the larger Human Resources department, such as HR Technology Partners, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. The Human Experience Program Manager must reliably and respectfully engage at all levels of the organization, with a positive attitude, respectful and inspirational drive.

    Essential Functions

    • Evaluates, assesses, plans, and executes specific projects in support of Caregiver Engagement, Provider Engagement, Patient Experienced and Talent Education and Investment.

    • Engages directly with senior leadership both independently and under HX Vice President direction.

    • Creates and manages project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources for HX initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

    • Leads and facilitates change management efforts related to HX programs, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement.

    • Provides expert advice and guidance to HX team members and other stakeholders on HX program management, and proactively recommend and implement improvements to current processes and procedures.

    • Provides oversight of business process design to ensure optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, leadership, and other departments, to identify HX program needs and objectives, and develop plans to meet them.

    • Provides leadership and work direction (and mentoring/training as needed) to project resources to ensure timely deliverables.

    • Builds and sustains effective working relationships to foster collaboration, innovation and superior outcomes.

    • Performs complex and cross-functional root cause analysis to identify continuous process improvement opportunities. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of HX programs and initiatives and use data and analytics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Health Sciences, Organizational Change or Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.

    • Master's Degree Human Resources preferred.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 7 years Progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, organizational change, industrial organizational psychology and/or related or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.

    • Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to present information in meaningful ways to varied audiences.

    • Knowledge of HR programs, policies, and business processes.

    • Extensive project management experience, including large scale projects and programs preferred.

    • Organization Change Management experience preferred.

    • Process improvement skills (Lean) preferred.

    Credentials

    • Organizational Design and Development Certification preferred.

    • Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

    Working Conditions

    • Consistently operates computer and other office equipment.

    • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

    • Sedentary work.

    • Predominantly operates in an office environment.

    • Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting.

    • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

    • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

    The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $44.25 - $66.37. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.

    PeaceHealth requires a completed Primary Vaccine Series (e.g., 2 dose monovalent Pfizer, Moderna or Novavax series or 1 dose J&J vaccine series) or be Up to Date (receiving the most recent Pfizer/Moderna bivalent vaccine/booster) for COVID-19 vaccination prior to their start date. PeaceHealth has a medical and religious exemption request process for those that are unable to receive the COVID-19 primary vaccine series due to medical/religious reasons. For caregivers that will be working in Oregon there is a personal vaccine exemption form that may be requested.
