Production Supervisor (1st Shift)

Job Description

A top aerospace client is looking for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join their team in Los Alamitos, CA. The first shift is from 6am-2:30pm. This person will be responsible for daily management of production line workers and oversee safety, quality, delivery and cost of all things production related. The ideal candidate will use lean manufacturing principles to direct and manage their team, have great time management skills, have experience with tracking KPIs for performance reviews and come from a unionized environment.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree

3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing environment

2+ years of supervisory experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Union experience null
