    The Production Manager for the Production & Operations department provides essential support on development and series 3rd party projects of various scales across the NBCU portfolio including Peacock, NBC, USA, Oxygen, Bravo, E! and SyFy. For each project, this individual will work closely with the Production & Operations Series Leads on driving the process forward from Pre-Production and Production through Post Production and Delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicates directly with 3rd Party Production Companies to explain expectations with regard to pre-production, production, post production and delivery.

    • To understand and be able to communicate Network technical delivery specifications as well as make sure the 3rd party production companies have all insurance, health & safety, and production policies in place.

    • Act as liaison between 3rd party production companies and all internal Network departments including legal, marketing, the broadcast facility as well as health and safety.

    • Review and stay on top of production and post production schedules for multiple projects

    • Review and approve pilot and series wrap bibles, ensuring that all materials are received and accurate

    • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on-time and report any issues to senior management

    • Observe all department and company guidelines

    • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 2+ years of Production Management experience required (Network experienced preferred)

    • 1+ years of Media/Entertainment experience required

    • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Has general understanding and awareness of production budgets, schedules, and production plans for a variety of program types, specials, pilots, and presentations

    • Has general understanding of post production process

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 (bonus eligible)
