Processing Specialist

Join Adecco and discover a rewarding career opportunity as a Processing Specialist ! We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. This role offers competitive compensation ( $17.00/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

Available Shifts: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM. Monday - Saturday, off either Wednesday or Thursday.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of prior experience in a processing or related role (preferred).

• Proficient in computer applications relevant to data processing.

• Strong reading comprehension and analytical decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Adaptable and eager to learn new processes.

• Commitment to accuracy and meeting established performance goals.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Description:

• Independently review and sort complex rejected transactions utilizing reports and audit trails.

• Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning for both moderate and intricate client handling procedures.

• Make sorting and decision-making determinations for client transactions of varying complexity, adhering to established client instructions.

• Consistently process work with exceptional accuracy, meeting all departmental performance standards.

• Provide training assistance to colleagues as required.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
