Press Machine Operator

Adecco (Norwood) has partnered with a client in Forest Park, OH to locate 2nd and 3rd shift Press Machine Operators. These positions are DIRECT HIRE opportunities!

Press Operators pre-plan all set-ups using all the information included in the job jacket.

Responsibilities for the press operators include but are not limited to:??

• Maintaining Quality Print Appearance / Workmanship

• Doing Computer entries of Raw Materials and finishing W.I.P. rolls.

• Pull previous run documentation off the press computer to aid in the set-up if applicable.

• Ensure rotation and Anilox assignment are correct and documented.

• The Pressmen is responsible for the removal and reloading of Anilox sleeves.

• Record any modifications to the supplied set-up and run conditions.

• Record any problems that are compromising quality and assigned run speed.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:??

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs .

• Basic math skills required.

• Requires long periods of standing and climbing stairs and ladders and which also involves movement in and around the work area and machines.

• Requires some bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting as well as significant amount of work involving hand eye coordination.

• Competitive base pay - $18 $23/hr based on experience

• 2nd Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm

• 3rd Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am
