    Your role at Clorox:

    The Quality Business Unit Leader will create and maintain systems to ensure robust processes are clear and concise. This position will ensure the plant follows, embraces, and adapts to quality improvement activities. In addition, they will be and active participant in TRACC improvement strategies for the site and ensure Compliance training is developed, scheduled, and as required. They will create and maintain modules in Intelex including but not limited to management of change. They will work cross-functionally to ensure document control is executed well, and all parties are well informed. This position will need strong communication skills to effectively implement our strategic plan as well as policy changes across the organization. This position will also be accountable for laboratory improvements and compliance to Clorox Standards.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead and cultivate the Quality Team by fostering regular communication and verification processes.

    • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives through Intelex, document management systems Continuous Improvement (CI) implementation, and change management, drawing upon extensive experience in modifying changes and manufacturing.

    • Ensure all engineering projects adhere to correct documentation and are effectively integrated into factory processes, leveraging deep manufacturing experience.

    • Lead and facilitate Quality and Safety initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership experience.

    • Ensure compliance with the site improvement program audit schedule, conduct thorough audit reporting, and follow up on corrective actions.

    • Build and facilitate learning through various platforms, utilizing expertise in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    What we look for:

    • 5+ Manufacturing experience

    • 2+ Leadership experience

    • Project Management experience

    • Degree - Business, Engineering or Project Management preferred

    • This person will be an active participant in document control roll-out through-out the facility.

    • This person will need to positively influence quality culture.

    • Knowledge in ISO Preferred

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

    -Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

    -Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

    -Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

    This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
