Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid, 3x per week onsite)

Compensation: $150K - $180K + Discretionary Bonus + 100% Benefits Covered for You and Dependents

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Burbank, CA, three times per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring high levels of security, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures to meet business requirements.

• Configure and maintain network devices, including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks technologies.

• Ensure network security through best practices, firewalls, and other security measures.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business projects and deliver network-related solutions.

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting processes.

• Conduct network assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.

• Provide technical support and training to junior network engineers and IT staff.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering

• Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks technologies.

• Network protocols, security principles, and best practices.

• Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex network solutions.

• CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and Palo Alto Networks certifications are preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
