  • Growing non-profit behavioral health and recovery organization seeking a Full-Time Program Manager in Portland area ! The Program Manager will implement and oversee supervision and training needs of clinical staff in collaboration with the training department.     Required Qualifications:

    Master's Degree in Behavioral Science field

    QMHP credentials

    CADC II or III credentials highly desired

    Great Leadership Skills

    Current Valid Driver's License, 3 year driving history with clean driving record, and access to an insured personal vehicle

    Ability to perform CPR and First Aid, must become certified in both

    Responsibilities:

    1. Establish annual program goals that align with the mission and vision of the agency.

    2. Establish strategic goals and annual revenue goals to achieve successful program operation, developing supporting budgets and monitoring for adherence.

    3. Hire, train staff, and maintain training requirements as indicated on licensing requirements for the facility and agency.

    4. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality care to all clients.

    5. Provide direct services to clients to aid in rehabilitation.

    6. Provide on call crisis intervention and support based on team policies.

    7. Assist in teaching ADL skills, transport and/or accompany clients to appointments that connect them with community services and resources.

    Pay Details: $74,082.00 to $78,810.00 per year
