    Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.

    About the Manager Organizational Change Management Position

    As the Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will lead a team that manages the implementation and effectiveness of new business processes, new technology, shifting economic landscapes, and/or changes in organizational structure and culture within an enterprise. In this role you will lead the development, enhancement, implementation and management of a fit-for-purpose, best practice OCM program, processes and methods across the enterprise that underscore effectiveness, efficiency, and standardization. The Manager, Organizational Change Management role requires regular interaction with leadership, functional leaders, district operations, project managers, and subject matter experts.

    What You Get to Do:

    • Develop, enhance, implement, and manage the (enterprise) Organizational Change Management (OCM) program to drive effectiveness, efficiency, standardization, compliance, safety, and accountability.

    • Responsible for OCM activities, to include leadership alignment and sponsorship, effective change strategy and planning, organizational alignment, and preparedness, and change lifecycle management for key organizational initiatives.

    • Develop, lead, and manage the OCM team and other cross-functional teams to include day-to-day direction, mentoring, training, guidance, and assistance.

    • Lead, develop, and execute multi-year strategic roadmap for functional area and defined scope of responsibilities.

    • Develop annual OCM budget and performance plans in coordination with stakeholders, district business units, and subject matter experts.

    • Align activities with company strategy to achieve company goals.

    • Drive operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction through prompt, accurate and optimal completion of work objectives.

    • Develop, implement, and track scorecard Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to be reviewed periodically for applicable projects and performance plans, goals & objectives.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • General Education Degree from an accredited school or institution.

    • Ideally, 8+ years of related business and/or technical experience.

    • Ideally, 5+ years of experience in people management.

    • Strong understanding and application of complex processes and procedures.

    • Solid understanding of current and possible technologies for OCM advancement, best-in-class knowledge regarding marketplace practices.

    • Advanced knowledge and skill with process mapping, design, optimization, and implementation.

    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.

    • Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.

    • Ideally, 10+ years of experience in related field of Communications, Six-Sigma methodology or equivalent technical areas.
