    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Financial Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and special projects. The Manager of Financial Reporting will enhance and develop policies, procedures, and systems to improve overall reporting efficiency and effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and improve financial software systems as needed and assist in developing procedures to manage cash flow effectively.

    • Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects: Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analyses. Coordinate and lead special projects related to financial reporting and analysis.

    • Prepares financial statements and footnotes for auditors and other interested parties: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and accompanying footnotes for audit purposes and other stakeholders.

    • Provides timely and accurate analysis of financial reports and trends: Analyze financial data and provide insights into trends, variances, and opportunities to enhance financial performance.

    • Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures by way of systems and processes that will improve overall reporting, efficiency and effectiveness: Continuously improve financial reporting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Assists in efforts to upgrade and improve the software system finance module as needed: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to evaluate, upgrade, and optimize financial software systems to support evolving business needs.

    • Assists in developing and implementing procedures to manage cash flow: Support the development and implementation of cash flow management procedures to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources and liquidity.

    • Utilizes computer and software programs to complete accounting and finance functions including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Excel, Plex ERP, etc.: Proficiently use various software programs, including Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Plex ERP, and other accounting and finance tools to perform financial reporting and analysis tasks.

    • Performs other duties as needed to support the Finance department: Collaborate with other members of the finance team and contribute to departmental initiatives and projects as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related field.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office suite.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    • Experience with Plex ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
