Maintenance Technician

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for Commercial Properties in the Phoenix Metro Area.

The pay rate for this job is $23 - $27 / hour

Job Responsibilities

• All around knowledgeable building maintenance person, knowledge of plumbing, electric and HVAC.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must Have at least 5+ years Commercial Building Maintenance experience

• Must Have Tools of the Trade Must have Universal / EPA certification

• Must have reliable Transportation

• Must Pass Background Check and Drug Test
