An expanding company located in Lockport, IL is seeking multiple maintenance technicians to join their team.

Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing production/packaging machinery is required.

Description:

• Candidates will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery

• Repairing and troubleshooting extrusion machinery, injection mold machinery, conveyor systems, labelers, and some CNC machinery

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics'

• Troubleshooting PLC's by plugging in a laptop (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)

• Must be willing to do both electrical and mechanical repairs

• Working with various drives and motors

• Candidate must be familiar with ladder logic

Qualifications:

• PLC troubleshooting (Plug in laptop)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Knowledge of ladder logic

• Own tools

Environment:

Will be working on the manufacturing floor/maintenance shop. The facility is clean for manufacturing and it is temperature controlled. Working alongside of 6-7 other electricians and mechanics. Wearing boots, uniforms, safety glasses, ear plugs.

Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday)
