  • Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a positive mindset that will align with the organization's values.

    Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

    Location: Newton NC

    Pay Range: $29+ an hour DOE and Date of Hire

    Shift: 1st and 3rd Shift

    What's the Job?

    • Ensure maintenance activities meet or exceed manufacturer's requirements for quality and reliability.

    • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on equipment.

    • Provide remote guidance to OEM technicians for complex issues.

    • Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines and plant systems.

    • Perform equipment repairs including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Technical training strongly preferred.

    • 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience required.

    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Suite applications.

    • Strong knowledge of electrical theory and operational principles.
