    Job Summary

    In this role you will apply your deep technical expertise to all aspects of the software development including defining design patterns and architecture standards required for applications, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis. Whether balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders or supporting more senior staff on complex projects, you use data and analysis and apply your experience, judgment, and risk mindset across your responsibilities.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Need to be Role Model for the Team and Organization with his/her Technical Competence in providing Solutions.

    • Ensure optimum performance, high availability and stability of solutions

    • Ability to Lead more than one Agile team in providing directions and eliminate Technical hurdles take full responsibility of the Sprint deliverables.

    • Design and develop applications, system to system interfaces, and complete software solutions

    • Good Grasp on Financial Industry standards on Technical Implementations

    • Develop advanced code which are performance efficient in meeting SLA standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely-related discipline

    • Minimum 8-10 years of software development experience

    • 7-10 years of designing/programming experience High Traffic Customer Facing applications in a modern languages and fluent in Java, J2EE, Spring Technologies

    • 7-10 years of experience with web technologies: Angular, React, Restful Services, JavaScript and TypeScript

    • Background in banking, financial services are required.

    • Experience creating end to end data pipelines as well as CI/CD pipelines for applications delivery

    • Experience with major public cloud offerings and how to solution designs that are built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)

    • Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and databases

    • Minimum 7-10 years of developing at all levels of the application stack (front end/UI, middle/services and back end/database)

    • Experience with Java and Java frameworks

    • Experience in designing data models and structures to store various kinds of data in different formats

    • Experience with Python, Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or any cloud provider

    • Able to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and train the team

    The typical base pay range for this role is between $135K - $165K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
