    Job Summary:

    • Join the industry leading team at Trane as a light commercial HVAC equipment Project Manager

    • In this position, you will provide project management support for the Light Commercial Unitary Replacement (LCUR) business within the Pacific Northwest Rocky Mountain region (primarily Colorado & Wyoming) of Trane Commercial HVAC, a division of Trane Technologies. This role will partner with salespeople and estimators, and be a key player in driving customer satisfaction as a point of direct contact with external customers

    • This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing LCUR business where the performance of the candidate has a direct and immediate impact, and is a well-positioned launch point for various growth opportunities within the company. Critical thinking and good judgement are a must

    • This position offers the combined flexibility of virtual work-from-home (WFH) and in-office work out of our office in Denver, CO

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage several jobs simultaneously and enter orders in a time sensitive environment

    • This role will be interfacing directly with external customers and be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction through responsiveness, follow-through, and troubleshooting issues that arise

    • Good judgement, and the ability to think critically with little direction is a must

    • This role will track and log post-sale information as part of standard work that supports both their project management duties as well as Operational Excellence initiatives

    • This role will be expected to identify opportunities for process improvement as well as recommend/develop solutions

    • This role will also include other miscellaneous project management, procurement, and administrative responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience

    • Computer proficiency and general technical aptitude

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • HVAC industry experience preferred

    • Mechanical engineering background preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    • Demonstrated ability to work well on a team

    • Positive attitude

    • Strong motivation and work ethic

    This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in the Denver, CO area.

    Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000/ year

    Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
