Lathe Machinist

Our client, Aerospace Company, is seeking a Lathe Machinist to join their team. As a Lathe Machinist, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating lathe machines, reading interpret blueprints and using proper machine tooling which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lathe Machinist

Location: Sun Valley, California

Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $25.00

What's the Job?

Run production on CNC machining center

Check, and monitor the parts that are being run

Capability to read the basic dimensions and tolerances of a blue print

Responsible to produce the proper amount of parts per machine cycle time

Deburr and blend all parts that are machined

What's Needed?

High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred

Experience machining parts to the tenth tolerance (.0001 tolerances)

Math skills to perform basic calculations

Read and interpret blueprints

Demonstrate attention to detail
