Job Captain

Boutique Architecture and Interior Design firm is looking for a Contract Job Captain with strong technical experience to support a large scale, high end project.

About the role

• 6 month contract with the possibility to be extended into a long term role.

• Seeking an Intermediate Architect for a 15,000 square foot historic property in Texas.

• The project includes a main house, a guest house, and a pool house. It is currently in CD phase, and the client wants the main house to be finished by December 2025.

• The firm has a modern design aesthetic.

• Candidate will be responsible for producing Construction Documents for the interior and exteriors of the houses.

• The candidate will work alongside the Project Manager who is leading the technical drawings and several junior architects.

Required Experience

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree

• 6-8+ years of professional experience

• High end residential and/or hospitality experience

• AutoCAD Experience

• Construction documents

• Strong communication skills
