    Advocate Health is looking to bring on six additional field technician resources for their End User Support teams on-site at multiple hospital locations. Theya re looking to have three technicians report to Northern Illinois region and three report to the Southern illinois region. These individuals will assist in imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting of IT equipment. These individuals will be based on-site on the Hospital Campuses listed below, and migh require some travel to nearby clinic sites when needed. These inividuals will be working onsite at several locations including: Sherman Hospital1425 N Randall Rd, Elgin, IL 60123 Condell Medical Center 801 S Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048 Lutheran General: 1775 Dempster St, Park Ridge, IL 60068 Good Shepard Hospital 450 IL-22, Barrington, IL 60010 Christ Hospital: 4440 95th St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 Good Sumaritian: 3815 Highland Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515 Masonic Hospital: 836 W Wellington Ave, Chicago, IL 60657 Trinity Hospital: 2320 E 93rd St, Chicago, IL 60617 This person will split their time between assiting in a hardware refresh, windows upgrade and providiong overall operational support for users across the various locations. Having prior experience in a healthcare environment is a plus but not a requirement. What is important to these leaders is someone who can take direction, ask great questions, and be able to shift to different projects or support activities when needed. They are looking for someone that can be flexible as project and support demands vary base don locations
