We're looking for an IT Product Manager to join the CRM Technology group in Snap Engineering! As a member of the Information Technology org, you will drive design & delivery of projects & features primarily leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud & ~~~ platform. You'll collaborate with various Business Units to build scalable Sales CRM and tooling applications. You should be an expert on out of the box capabilities of salesforce and have a good understanding of customization capabilities leveraging apex and lightning component framework.
What you'll do:
Work with Ops Program Managers, Product Managers and Customers to understand business priorities
Work with engineers and salesforce admins to produce solution design specifications and get them aligned with business partners
Manage delivery and timeline expectations with business stakeholders
Manage backlog, groom stories and facilitate sprint planning for the team
Build documentation & contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of CRM.
Deeply understand the unique business requirements and pain points of internal users, and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap
Partner closely with sales ops and strategy teams to prioritize initiatives and influence the direction of product development
Evaluate and implement third party tools that integrate with CRM to address business needs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
In depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, it's Out of the Box and customization capabilities
Managing large cross functional projects end-to-end using project management tools and documentation
Writing technical specifications and getting alignment from engineers/admins and business stakeholders.
Thoroughly familiar with SDLC and agile/scrum processes
Managing project delivery timelines, CRM roadmap and setting clear expectations
5 years of experience with 2 years working in a large salesforce org, i.e greater than 1000 users
Experience launching and managing large scale CRM apps
In depth knowledge of more than one Salesforce cloud
Hands on development experience using Apex, Visualforce or Lightning framework
Experience managing a large Sales cloud environment with call center/telephony integrations
Thoroughly familiar with all standard CRM functionality across Lead to Sales Compensation pipeline
Experience building CRM solutions for a high volume & high velocity sales org
Experience building or designing complex application integrations
Experience with Ad Platforms or online Ads Industry

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) (~~~) :
The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
Zone B (~~~) :
The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.
Zone C (~~~) :
The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
